AM Technologies terms & conditions
Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, you have 45 days
to do so for all products, excluding software. The product that is being
returned must be in 'like new' condition. If you would like to return
software, please see below.
Damaged/Defective:
If the product you received is damaged and/or defective,
you must return it within 30 days. To do so, you must contact AM
Technologies by either phone call (732-851-5680) or e-mail (amtech@am-techonline.com).
If AM Technologies does not get informed, your merchandise cannot be returned.
Damaged and or/defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item or
store credit. If you return an opened and damaged/defective item, the item will
be resent if in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will get store credit.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If AM Technologies sent you a wrong item, shipping costs
will be refunded.
Shipping costs will also be refunded if any damage occurs
during shipping and handling.
Fees:
If an item is returned opened, a 10% restocking fee
will be applied on items over $100.
For each missing minor component, a fee will be
withheld per item on the refund. Seven (7) days will be given for the
missing parts to be returned or the 5% will never be given back.
Software:
If you are planning on returning software, you must contact
AM Technologies by either phone call (732-851-5680) or e-mail (amtech@am-techonline.com)
within 5 days of the item being received. From the contact date, the item
must be postmarked within 7 days to be returned. The software must be
unopened, and in 'like new' condition. Software can be exchanged or receive
store credit. If AM Technologies does not get contacted, the software cannot be
returned. If it is opened, one and only one exact exchange is allowed. If not in
stock for exact exchange you will receive store credit.
If you return an opened item, you will only receive store
credit.
If you return an opened and damaged/defective item, the
item will be resent if in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will get
store credit.
If an item returned missing any major component , the item
cannot be returned.
Digital Goods (downloadable) and special orders cannot be
returned for a refund or store credit.
'Like New': unopened original packaging including all
accessories, components, manuals, instructions UPC code must be intact
Damaged and/or Defective: broken cannot be fixed does
not work
Major/Minor Components: the indication of minor and major
components are up to the discretion of a manager.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR
THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE
LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT
DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER
CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR
NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU
AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS
LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
