Requirements-
Must be 20+
(Must have a valid drivers license)
Must know how to use a computer and internet
Must be able to fix, troubleshoot, and give technical support, etc.
Must own a portable computer/laptop/notebook
At least 1 year of customer service experience
At least 2 years of management experience
(Cannot be your first job, must have references)
Must pass the knowledge test and experience test
Any or all languages required
(Bilingual is not an advantage)
Willing to wear a uniform
Personal phone line or cellular phone required and must be willing to change
answering machine
